Gets a mute config.
Using getOrganizationMuteConfig
Two invocation forms are available. The direct form accepts plain arguments and either blocks until the result value is available, or returns a Promise-wrapped result. The output form accepts Input-wrapped arguments and returns an Output-wrapped result.

- An expression that defines the filter to apply across create/update events of findings. While creating a filter string, be mindful of the scope in which the mute configuration is being created.
